Working for a well-known brand and market leader in their industry, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established team on a temporary basis for approximately 4 to 6 months. This role is immediately available and will be supporting with processing customer order forms into the system, inputting these correctly and allocating the correct product codes and sending confirmation over e-mail.
The role will be full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and will be office-based Monday to Wednesday and home based Thursday to Friday.
We are keen to find someone with proven administration experience, who is comfortable using multiple systems and is highly accurate processing data. The company are based in Newton-Le-Willows and the hourly pay rate will be between £12.50ph and £13.50ph, dependent upon experience.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Processing customer order forms
- Allocating correct company codes to the items
- Inputting / data processing the orders
- Ensuring details are inputted correctly on the system
- E-mailing order confirmation
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven administration experience ideally processing orders
- Must be able to process data accurately
- Keen to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
- The role requires a commitment of 8 weeks minimum and must be able to fulfil this
- The ideal person will be hard working, hold excellent communication skills and be quick to pick up new skills
- A knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, however not essential, although you must be a confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
