The predicted salary is between 24991 - 30000 £ per year.

Salary & Grade: £29,989 per annum (pay award pending) Grade 4

Location: Mobile working across West Yorkshire

Hours: 37 hours per week Full time

Tenure: Permanent

We currently have a vacancy for a Quality Compliance Officer to join our Monitoring and Compliance team. The Combined Authority's Monitoring and Compliance Team form an integral part of the Mobility Services team, monitoring the operation, patronage, reliability and quality of the section's tendered services for Schools, Non-Schools, Bus Stations, AccessBus and SEN Transport services.

The Role

  • Monitoring the operation, patronage, reliability and quality of all contracted services, partnership agreements and commercial operations; including, Special Educational Needs (SEN) taxi/minibus services, AccessBus, School Bus services and Bus services.
  • Addressing under performance, reporting findings and making recommendations to Combined Authority teams and partner organisations.
  • Maintaining a database of all observations, reports and where failures occur.
  • Issuing penalties to operators and making decisions on appeals.

About You

  • The ability to work unsupervised, plan your own duties and manage own workload to ensure work plans meet requirements.
  • Good map reading skills and geographical knowledge of West Yorkshire; with the ability to read and use bus timetables.
  • Experience of effectively contributing to team objectives.
  • A positive can-do attitude & resilience.
  • Industry standard Accessible vehicle training (MIDAS) or equivalent.
