Working as part of an experienced team in this varied role, you’ll be responsible for supporting across multiple channels on a range of initiatives. Working closely with colleagues in internal communication, business development and marketing to support plans to increase firm awareness and generate new business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to kick start their marketing career in our supportive team.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:

  • Campaign support/ delivery: Assisting in developing and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design: Use Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign & Photoshop, to support delivery of content through website, email, social and other marketing collateral.
  • Analytics: Monitoring Google Analytics, building reports, and analysing website traffic to make recommendations on optimising pages.
  • Content Writing: Writing content for website and social media channels.
  • Website Management: Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website.
  • Community Management: Managing and creating content for social media channels.

This role is right for you if:

  • Are qualified by Degree or other pathway (such as an apprenticeship) in a marketing, digital marketing, social media or a PR/public relations related field (essential).
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficient with graphic design tools and simple video editing.
  • Can build webpages with an understanding of HTML.
  • Can use Adobe creative.
  • Able to deliver marketing campaigns – using email, social, website etc.
  • Experienced with content management.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communicator.

Candidates with some on the job marketing experience including internships will be preferred.

This is a hybrid role in our brand-new Bristol office, located in the heart of the city close to local transport links, restaurants and shops. Our team work locally and enjoy getting together 1 day per week in the office but if you love the space like we do… Come in as often as you like.
