Role Overview: An Assistant Manager at Greens Retail supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service. The role involves stepping up during the Store Manager's absence to maintain smooth store operations, including recruiting staff, managing stock orders, and adhering to company policies.
