Opening Work Shift: Number of hours and shift vary depending on assignment.
Compensation Range: $17.00 - $22.10. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries and hourly rates will be set within this range, considering factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity.
Responsibilities:
- Provides temporary support to Food & Nutrition at URMC, including preparing sandwiches or hot meals, cleaning tables, washing dishes, serving staff, and/or the general public.
- Candidates must be available for rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food preparation methods, ability to read and write English, follow instructions, and 1 year experience in commercial food service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift items weighing approximately 40-50 pounds.
- Nutrition Assistant and Patient Diet Clerks require a high school diploma or equivalent.
