The core responsibilities of this role is to support the key Directors on this global account for one of the most creative and disruptive Advertising Agencies in the world. An initial 6 month fixed-term contract with a view to go permanent upon completion, this role requires a love of Admin, a can-do attitude and tons of enthusiasm!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Diary management for members of the London leadership team on specific Account, including Creative & Design Directors and Strategy Directors.
  • Liaising with other departments, producers, account managers, and clients to schedule and manage meetings.
  • Hosting and setting up client meetings.
  • High-level time management, plus the ability to manage expectations on requested tasks.
  • Processing of complex time sheets and support with HR deadlines and processes.
  • Planning and booking of international travel.
  • Processing of expenses.
  • Agency event planning; working with group leads and other business leaders to deliver cultural agency events.
  • Tracking of and completing admin for your directors' direct reports holidays - ensuring they are processed and in diaries.
  • Submitting your directors' holidays requests, ensuring these are in diaries and also flagging holidays to the creative resourcing department for creative directors.
  • Manage all new starter inductions for your directors' teams or new direct reports, working with recruitment and HR to ensure every new starter has the best start and welcome.
  • Ad hoc support for other Agency leads and Directors.

Initial six-month contract £33,000 per annum Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office.
