Enthusiastic, energetic and highly skilled vocal and instrumental specialist tutors are required to join this well-established, successful Music Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instrumental and vocal tuition to learners from Early Years to university age.
• Provide curricular support within schools and other settings.
• Support Wider Opportunities (WCET) delivery where possible.
• Encourage applicants with experience in class-based music teaching to apply for part-time curricular posts.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic and highly skilled vocal and instrumental specialists.
• Ability to deliver Wider Opportunities (WCET) is advantageous.
• Experience in classroom-based music teaching is desirable for part-time curricular roles.

Blackpool Music Service provides weekly musical tuition to Blackpool schools and academies and in Children’s Centres across the borough. In 2025 it became a delivery partner of Lancashire Music Hub and continued to expand.
