In this role, you will play a key part in supporting system users and maintaining computer systems and hardware to ensure smooth operations. Principle Accountabilities- Provide first-line support for ERP and other core systems, including Microsoft Business Central and IFS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, monitor system performance and implement improvements when needed.
- Liaise with system support partners where needed to resolve issues.
- Assist with the implementation and upgrade of systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of systems.
- Maintain documentation related to systems, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the systems.
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of business analysis and process mapping.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in supporting ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central or IFS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
- Experience in Organisational Change Management.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Previous security clearance would be advantageous.
