We are currently in search of a dedicated Commercial Culture & People Business Partner who will be pivotal in intertwining our people strategy with our demanding business objectives. This role demands not just an HR expert but a strategic partner who can collaborate with senior management to cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Strategy Execution and Cultural Advocacy: Implement and refine the Culture & People Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Promote and embed our core values across all layers of the organization, coaching others to create an inclusive, safe, and empowering work environment.
  • Business Partnering and Employee Relations: Serve as a proactive advisor in senior leadership and business meetings, addressing HR challenges, improving employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Facilitate a supportive atmosphere where employee issues are promptly and efficiently resolved.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Enhance organizational structures by strategically resourcing talent, emphasizing diversity and effective onboarding processes.
  • Learning and Development: Collaborate with line managers to identify and address training and development needs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage talent development plans and succession planning to prepare for future leadership needs.
  • Performance Management and Engagement: Drive a culture of high performance by setting clear objectives, regular reviews, and constructive feedback. Develop and implement recognition strategies to engage and retain top talent, promoting overall wellbeing and continuous engagement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record with at least 5 years in a generalist HR role directly supporting senior leadership.
  • CIPD Level 7 in HR Management or a related degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Strong conflict resolution, mediation skills, and an aptitude for critical thinking under pressure.
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
