Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Ollerton (NG22 9LD) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site! This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be working 12 hours per day on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, on either a day shift of 07.00 – 09.00 or a night shift 19.00-07.00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Supporting the operational teams with any administrative duties
- Performing stock accuracy checks and providing detailed analysis of results
- Providing solution and assistance in problem solving
- Completion of daily reporting logs
- Complete general administration tasks
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

- Experience of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs
- The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
