Weβre on the hunt for a General Manager to take the reins of a well-loved wet-led pub, open 7 days a week, with exciting plans for growth and refurbishment. Located in a welcoming village setting, this pub is at the heart of the community, and weβre looking for someone who wants to be part of that. From organising team darts nights and weekly quizzes to family fun days in the large beer garden, we want a manager who can put their stamp on the place and make it their own.
The Role
- Immediate start available
- Hands-on day-to-day management of all operations
- Line cleaning, cellar management, and banking responsibilities
- Planning and hosting community events
- Driving sales and footfall, particularly with Sky Sports and garden events
- Helping to shape the future of the pub as we introduce food and undergo refurbishment
