Position Overview:
Due to continual growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Radiography Field Service Engineer to join our expanding Service Division Team. This is a home-based role covering the South of the UK, with additional travel across the UK as required. As a key Member of our Team, you will specialise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our cutting-edge digital X-ray systems, which require expertise in computer software, hardware, and networking, in addition to general X-ray equipment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our Customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of customer service, building strong, lasting relationships with Clients and ensuring their needs are met.
