We’re combining prestigious events like Cannes Lions, Black Hat, Money20/20, GDC, and London Tech Week with cutting-edge marketing intelligence platforms and advisory services to deliver unmissable experiences and insights. Our festival-led approach reimagines traditional B2B events, creating powerful, immersive experiences that drive innovation and industry advancement.

This role is based in High Holborn London office 3 days a week. We are recruiting for a confident and professional Executive Assistant to support part of the LIONS Executive Team. This business support role covers critical administration support for 3-4 VPs. The ideal candidate will have previous EA/PA experience, be able to hit the ground running and be extremely organised and confident, with a willingness to learn and a muck in attitude. This role is a 3 month fixed term contract but there is potential for the role to go permanent.

  • Booking meeting rooms and desks for VPs and teams
  • Travel and Expenses
  • General admin
  • Creating and editing powerpoint decks
  • Ad-hoc projects and research as necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA role for multiple staff
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proactive and personable
  • Experience with G-Suite including gmail, Google calendar and Google meet.
