About The Role
BrewDog is seeking an Assistant Manager! Our mission is to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in running the site, leading customer service, training staff, and ensuring team development and happiness. You will be part of an experienced management team, guiding a diverse crew, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.
About You
Minimum two years’ management experience in a busy bar and kitchen. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. You should be customer-focused, a natural trainer, and capable of nurturing future talent. Financial acumen and knowledge of the local craft beer scene are beneficial.
