£45,000 Permanent Nottingham – Hybrid Full Time Monday – Friday
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, prestigious organisation who are leaders in the professional services sector. They are looking for an experienced EA to provide support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The EA will be a highly adaptable, organised, proactive and professional with a record of previous PA/EA experience to C-Suite level.
What will the role involve?
- Complex diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing documentation and gathering information prior to meetings
- Manage the COO’s inbox – highlighting urgent emails and triaging appropriately
- Making travel arrangements and organising accommodation
- Taking minutes of meetings and collating reports and preparing presentations
- Record and submit the COO’s expenses
- Assist with a variety of projects and initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite level or equivalent
- Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Smart, professional and diligent approach
