What We're Looking For

Pearl Lemon is on the hunt for a Crypto Analyst who doesn't just understand Web3 but lives and breathes it. We want someone who can track, interpret, and make sense of the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. You'll deliver sharp, actionable insights that drive decision-making, guide investment strategies, and position our team ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on crypto and blockchain market trends, price action, sentiment, and major news developments.
• Deep dive into specific tokens, DeFi protocols, blockchain platforms, and NFT ecosystems to generate detailed investment theses and market outlooks.
• Evaluate tokenomics, staking mechanisms, governance models, and roadmap progress of key projects.
• Identify early-stage opportunities in Layer 1s, DeFi, GameFi, AI-integrated tokens, and other high-growth sectors.
• Translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and potential investors.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and investment teams to present clear research and reports.
• Track social signals, on-chain metrics, and developer activity using tools like Glassnode, Nansen, Dune Analytics, Messari, or Token Terminal.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports, rapid updates on market-moving news, and special research projects as needed.

Who You Are

• You're passionate about blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the evolution of finance.
• You've previously worked in a research or analysis role in finance, tech, or crypto, or you're an extremely talented self-taught analyst with a portfolio to prove it.
• You have a deep understanding of key crypto concepts: staking, liquidity pools, yield farming, tokenomics, governance models, etc.
• You've used analytics tools like CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Dune Analytics, Glassnode, Nansen, Santiment, or similar.
• You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote work environments and can manage multiple projects without constant oversight.
• You can synthesize data and present it in written, visual, and verbal formats to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: you're familiar with technical analysis (TA) and charting tools like TradingView.
