Overview: Are you passionate about loyalty programs and working in the fashion industry? We are seeking a motivated Loyalty Executive to join a renowned luxury fashion brand on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the CRM and Buying teams, supporting various loyalty initiatives and promotions while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, high-end fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Loyalty & Rewards: Manage and execute the customer rewards program, ensuring smooth operations and positive customer engagement.
- Personal Shopping Support: Assist the personal shopping team with loyalty-related tasks and events for exclusive client offerings.
- Offline Gifting & Events: Organise and run events for offline gifting to enhance customer relationships.
- Collaboration with CRM Team: Work in parallel with the CRM team but as a separate entity, coordinating with them on promotions and reporting.
- Promotions & Reporting: Focus heavily on promotions and rewards, including post-campaign analytics and reporting. Experience with these tasks is highly valued.
About You:
- Experience: Experience in CRM or loyalty programs is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of email and push CRM campaigns is a plus.
- Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and report on campaign success. Must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury is ideal but not a requirement.
