CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Housekeeper needed to carry out the role of housekeeper to a property in Rutland, responsible for delivering high quality standards and services ensuring the property is ready for occupation at any time.

Responsibilities include:

  • General cleaning of the property, including hoovering, dusting, emptying rubbish bins, cleaning internal and low level windows, mopping floors, etc.
  • Carrying out a cleaning service on a rota/shift pattern to cover 6 hours in a week, with flexibility during times of occupation; overtime can be claimed if additional hours are required.
  • Weekly flushing of water outlets at the property and monthly temperature taking of water outlets.
  • Potential seasonal overtime also available on top of standard hours.

  • Previous experience in a cleaning environment is desirable.
  • Comfortable working flexible days/hours.
  • Excellent time-keeping and interpersonal skills.

The site is outside of Melton Mowbray, so it is essential to have access to transportation before applying.
