As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key player in overseeing a portfolio of prestigious residential estates, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll juggle financial management, maintenance programs, and top-tier customer service, all while working with internal and external resources to deliver results.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking:

  • Milestones & KPIs – Hit your targets, manage timelines, and make sure everything stays on track!
  • Financial Wizardry – Prepare budgets, track spending, and maintain financial health. You’ll be the guardian of financial control for each estate.
  • Maintenance Mastery – Manage both planned and reactive maintenance like a pro. You’ll ensure standards are upheld, contractors are top-notch, and problems get solved fast.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Lead meetings, handle communications, and resolve issues with grace. Your relationships with clients and residents will be top priority!

We’re looking for someone who’s got the full package – a mix of experience, skills, and passion to match our mission.

Qualifications: A degree (preferred), TPI Part 1 is a must, and RICS qualifications are a bonus!

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on management experience in estate or property management. You’ve got a strong grasp on budgets and financial control, and you know the ins and outs of property maintenance.

Skills: Communication that shines, project management skills that keep everything organized, and a deep understanding of property management legislation.

Preim operate a hybrid working policy. This role will require you to be based 2 days per week in our Peterborough office. The salary banding for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
