We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a consumer focused marketing campaign background, to join and successful and growing Brighton based company. You be creating and delivering email marketing campaigns(automation, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle) as well as owing social media activity, across community management, paid and organic campaigns to nurture and convert customers. Alongside this you will be delivering b2c focused integrated campaigns, with a customer acquisition focus to drive engagement and sales.
You will join a marketing team of four, a collaborative and talented team where you will also liaise with agencies for design and Paid Media activity.
Responsibilities for this Senior Digital Marketing Executive job include:-
- Work with the marketing team to plan and deliver a multi channel marketing campaigns.
- Own e-mail marketing using HubSpot, driving lead nurturing , marketing automation, A/B testing, email optimisation.
- Lead and manage Social Media activity across channels, owning analysis content schedules, community management, engagement and moderation.
- Work with agencies for paid media activity.
- Managing the production of all promotional marketing and communication activities.
- Work with design agencies for online advertising as well as offline.
- Support with planning and implementation of website strategies.
- Edit and proofread copy created by marketing team members.
For this Senior Digital Marketing Executive job you will need:-
- Degree educated or equivalent marketing qualification.
- Experienced in e-mail marketing campaign setup and delivery automation campaigns.
- Experienced in social media developing and growing audiences analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Experienced in working with both CMS and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of paid social media and PPC would be an advantage but not essential.
- A Senior Marketing Executive background multi channel campaign experience to drive B2C leads and brand engagement.
- Travel, Retail, Financial Services or Education experience for consumer audiences could be beneficial but not essential.
