What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with clients to understand their goals and shaping tailored research plans.
- Conducting research using a variety of methods, including contextual research, usability testing, co-creation workshops, and focus groups.
- Analysing findings and presenting insights in compelling reports, presentations, and visual artefacts like journey maps or user personas.
- Facilitating research sessions and workshops to bring stakeholders closer to user needs.
- Collaborating with designers, strategists, and other specialists to integrate research findings into product development.
