  • Familiarity with developments in AI Search, including ChatGPT, Perplexity & other AI platforms, as well as Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, with an understanding of how this will impact our clients
  • Account management of a handful of accounts, alongside supporting managers on our larger accounts, including:
    • Project planning using our project management tool

    • Spotting upsell opportunities and discussing with a relevant manager
    • Monthly reporting on results, effectively leading calls and reviews with clients

    • Familiarity with and/or testing of emerging AI tools would be a bonus
    • Track record of delivering on organic objectives (traffic, leads, revenue, share of voice, AI visibility) for a range of clients in different industries, ideally with some B2C experience
    • Strong understanding of the entire SEO process, with a desire to learn, test and communicate new ideas with the rest of the team
