Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Visitor Engagement:
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Offer refreshments, ensure they are comfortable, and notify the sales team of their arrival.
  • Consistently maintain an impeccable standard of customer service.
  • Communication Management:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, effectively handling non-sales inquiries.
  • Redirect sales-related inquiries or schedule follow-up tasks as required.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Use CRM software to accurately record client information and activities.
  • Manage correspondence, communications, and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Report on personal sales activities and results.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the booking and maintenance of meeting rooms and show suites, ensuring they are always presentable.
  • Keep the front desk and show suite areas clean, tidy, and organized.
  • General Office Support:
  • Support general office management and administrative duties as needed.
