Our client, an award-winning, leading Law firm, seeks to recruit an upbeat and proactive Events Executive to be based at their newly refurbished, immaculate offices in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the wider Marketing team and support with all aspects of events coordination and management.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage a variety of events and all associated logistics from concept to completion. Your focus will be on increasing brand awareness by managing and promoting key client events throughout the year and attending the events, communicating at varying levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a mix of virtual and in-person events, ranging from small office-based workshops (10-40 attendees) to larger external events (up to 70 attendees).
  • Source venues, arrange invitations, promote events on social media, and ensure seamless delivery on the day.
  • Create guest lists and manage CRM data (HubSpot).
  • Develop engaging invites and promotional materials for social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Support breakfast and evening events as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics, including room setup, tech support, and managing technical issues.
  • Oversee the smooth running of events, capturing content for post-event marketing.
  • Report on event outcomes and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • You will provide some support with Communications for the wider Marketing team with some social media involvement and updating websites.

The Person

You will have at least 1-2 years within a similar events led role, able to handle the volume associated with Events, able to promote the event, managing invitations, designing and able to communicate as that “go to” person at the Events.

You will be involved with all pre event marketing communications, and post-event analysis. You will be naturally process led, able to work effectively to timescales and deadlines relating to the Events calendar and will have proven experience of managing Events from planning to execution and attendance on the day.

You will have excellent communication skills and any exposure to wider marketing and communications tasks would be a benefit.

A car driver is essential for this role.
