We are hiring for a global consulting firm that has gone through spectacular growth and success in their London office, winning multinational clients across all sectors in the capital as well as their global locations including Ireland, US, Cayman Islands, and UAE.
They are an independent global offering that has had 3000% growth in revenue for the last 4 years with a hugely talented top-tier leadership team including former CFO, Triple RI Audit Partner, and Top 10 Global M&A Partner.
My client is an independent, true consulting firm, cash rich from their success and backing by their global partners, not private equity backed and grown exponentially. They are looking for a Partner/MD level individual who is a leader in growing in areas such as Internal or External Audit, Tech and IT Risk, 1st and 2nd Line Risk including areas such as Global Basel Liquidity compliance, Credit or Market Risk (Quant or Qualitative), or Digital Data Analytics.
You must have current or recent experience of winning at least £750k of new business in a year, a wide network who in time would join you to spearhead an offering. Across all above areas (apart from External Audit) you will be building an offering from scratch but will be given significant cash funding to grow your infrastructure, branding, and recruit the highest calibre staff.
You will also be given the support of a global board of executive thought leaders, world-class marketing, and a significant global network. My client knows and is happy to pay market-leading packages to attract the best and offer tax-efficient incentive schemes to ensure you optimise your wealth creation.
There is an unrivalled pay structure which includes 100% to 150% bonus structures which is unheard of in other global consulting firms. You will have the opportunity to grow a global operation with incentive structures and equity projected for you to earn £1 million plus in 3 years.
