Responsabilités et activités :
- Tâches administratives et organisationnelles :
- Mise à jour et suivi des données de gestion du parc informatique (matériel et logiciel)
- Planification et suivi des projets et tâches du service en collaboration avec le responsable informatique
- Assistance du responsable informatique dans la gestion du personnel (recrutement, suivi des plannings et heures supplémentaires, suivi du personnel en sous-traitance)
- Emails, présentations, rapports, rédaction et mise à jour de documents de communication du service
- Recensement des demandes, recherche de nouveaux équipements, organisation de la mise en place du matériel (coordination et logistique)
- Élaboration de procédures d’utilisation et de chartes (matériel et logiciel) pour le personnel
- Assistance aux utilisateurs niveau 1 par email
Quotité hebdomadaire : 20h par semaine / 40 semaines par année (800h annuelles)
