ibis Styles Crewe is looking for an outgoing, dependable, welcoming Hotel Assistant to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. We are adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need Guest Service Assistants on a full-time basis, in return for a salary of up to £25,494 per year plus benefits.
Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list, but a year's experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would make you a stand-out candidate. We need people who are open, welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like - the kind of person you'd like to meet after a long day of travelling!
You will be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel. This will include:
- Checking guests in and out at Reception
- Helping run the breakfast service
- Helping set up meeting rooms
- Working the bar and restaurant
A great telephone manner is essential and you will need to be confident using a computer. As we are one big team, you can expect to turn your hand to whatever's needed to ensure our guests have a great stay.
You could be working a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts, so flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage. As you will be serving alcohol, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
