As a Rehousing Manager, you will:

  • Ensure all customers have the best experience when displaced from their homes
  • Source solutions quickly with compassion and empathy
  • Work in partnership with internal and external teams to keep customers informed
  • Manage complex caseloads including temporary and permanent rehousing and housing options advice
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
