As a Rehousing Manager, you will:
- Ensure all customers have the best experience when displaced from their homes
- Source solutions quickly with compassion and empathy
- Work in partnership with internal and external teams to keep customers informed
- Manage complex caseloads including temporary and permanent rehousing and housing options advice
- Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
