Requirements:

  • You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent, to include English and Maths with current first aid certificate and food hygiene qualification or be willing to gain this.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a cohesive support team providing practical and clerical support service throughout the campus as well as ensuring all bookings are prepared and ready for customer use.
  • Provide support within the main office and reception of the campus.

The Individual:

  • You will have relevant experience in a busy office, including phones/reception, email and printing, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word along with experience of working with young people or customers.
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, to work as part of a team and work with minimum supervision with a willingness to undertake training and willing to work weekends and evenings.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
