With a key focus on assisting in life customers providing key information, completing essential sales administration and providing quotations this is a fast paced customer facing role aimed at delivering a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and detailed information to end users on services provided by the business.
- Complete all of the related sales administration for end users.
- Communicate with customers to encourage renewal onto the service provision at the end of contract.
- Provide detailed information on the quote, order and delivery process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Work with the wider sales and ops teams to support general operations for the business's customers as and when required.
