Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Analyst to manage and analyse customer complaints, product performance data, and quality assurance metrics. This role will focus on recording, trending, and providing actionable insights from various data points such as complaints, microbiological reports, product analysis, and customer KPIs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

  • Complaints Management: Record and track customer complaints, ensuring all data is accurately logged and categorized. Analyse complaint trends to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement. Generate reports on complaint trends and provide recommendations to relevant teams.
  • Star Review Management: Download and track Star Review data. Analyse Star Review trends and assign issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Maintain a detailed log of reviews and provide insights for customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Compliance Reports: Log and trend non-conforming data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records. Provide actionable insights based on marketability performance trends to help improve product offerings.
  • Customer KPI Monitoring (Weekly Reports): Compile and trend weekly data, including complaints, raw material microbiology, finished product microbiology, reviews, SGS reports, consistency results, and store performance. Monitor and track customer KPIs to identify areas requiring attention and improvement. Provide analysis and insights based on KPI trends to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Reporting and Insights: Provide comprehensive weekly reports on all key metrics. Identify patterns in the data and deliver actionable insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate data trends effectively.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on complaint trends and quality issues. Provide data support for decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications

The Person: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or retail environment. Strong experience with data analysis, trend reporting, and quality performance metrics. Proficient in Excel as this will be the only platform utilised to analyse data. Ability to analyse data and translate it into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Experience with customer complaint tracking systems and quality assurance metrics is preferred.
