Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their prestigious contract overseeing electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance as well as other general building services. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be rewarded with a competitive package including £47,000 salary, clear progression opportunities, overtime, pension, and career stability. Duties include:

  • Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Handle emergency callouts
  • Conduct electrical work such as lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
  • Assist with duties related to toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
  • Demonstrate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, and LV systems, including fault finding
  • Manage BMS head-end controls
  • Oversee HVAC plant systems
  • Handle VAV and VRV systems
  • Ensure water treatment tasks are completed
  • Perform ballast changes and lamping
  • Conduct PAT testing

Requirements:

  • Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
  • City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 or equivalent
  • Motivated to succeed and eager to learn
