Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you have a track record of delivering brand marketing initiatives during M&A programmes? We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead strategic marketing and brand integration projects as part of our brand refresh roadmap. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing, brand, and business transformation and is ideal for someone with a track record of experiential OOH & DOOH brand launches across the UK & Europe.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Drive end-to-end project management of marketing and brand workstreams during M&A activity – from planning and due diligence through to execution and post-deal integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Comms, Marketing, Product, Legal, HR, etc.) to align brand strategy and messaging across merging businesses.
  • Deliver brand refresh projects including rebranding & OOH & DOOH assets.
  • Define project plans, timelines, milestones and KPIs to ensure marketing and brand initiatives land on time and on budget.

You’ll likely offer:

  • Expertise and track record in brand refresh and brand launch projects.
  • Strong background in OOH & DOOH experiential campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects within marketing, brand, or corporate communications – ideally in the context of M&A, business transformation, or rebranding.
  • Commercially minded and outcomes-focused – you understand how brand impacts business performance.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making things happen in high-change environments.
  • Experience in matrixed or multi-brand organisations a plus.
