We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Communications Agent to join our Front of House team and take responsibility for using our bespoke innovative app, Grove Buddy. You will pro-actively chat with guests in real time pre-check in to find out their requirements and during their time with us, answering their queries promptly and ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfect.
You will have excellent communication skills and written English and pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all guest needs and preferences are noted and addressed and our 5-star service is delivered with passion and professionalism. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role and the ability to demonstrate these skills would be very beneficial.
Please be aware that this role involves shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am - 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm - 11pm). Weekends will be included in your rota.
