Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and Willis relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and cross-selling to other WTW business units.
The Role:
- Understand a client’s or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems, and key issues.
- Manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market.
- Prepare client and prospect presentations.
- Work with the Sales Team to determine appropriate solutions, structuring, and pricing the deal.
- Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy.
- Participate in information gathering exercises.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships and communication with other WTW colleagues.
- Be an expert user of all relevant systems.
