As our Solution Consultant Modern Workplace you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions among Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the EMEA region. Your Mission: Key Responsibilities

As Our Solutions Consultant – Modern Workplace, You Will:

• Support the sales cycle by advising on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers on strategic accounts and key deals.
• Proactively focus on the team’s business to generate and surface new opportunities.
• Share best practices and knowledge-based resources internally and externally to enhance Modern Workplace understanding.
• Represent the business in channel events, webinars, and key partner engagements.

What You Bring:

• Reasonable direct sales experience in a sales executive or equivalent role, ideally in a product-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work products, licensing models, and solution positioning.
• Proven experience selling solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Lighthouse, and Azure would be ideal.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and comfort working in a tech-enabled sales environment.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is highly preferred.
