This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large, long-established, international custom software delivery business. For this role, we are looking to speak to Delivery gurus. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, risk awareness, and assertiveness are essential. You should have a proven track record of successful delivery across several reasonably sized programmes and transformations, with a background in technology and a history of delivering solutions through teams.
You should have a good understanding of architecture, implementation, and different delivery methods (Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall). The projects will be diverse, so adaptability in delivery methods is important. You will project manage and ensure smooth delivery of client projects, understanding current and future needs, maintaining continuity, and being aware of risks and implications.
This role requires presence in London once a week. Industry experience in education and/or financial services sectors, especially insurance, would be advantageous.
