About the Role
My client is looking for a Product Manager who’s driven by insights, focused on outcomes, and passionate about solving real customer problems. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the product strategy and ensure everything they build is rooted in real user needs. You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution—leading discovery, prioritising impact, and driving delivery with clarity and purpose.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to guide product development from concept through launch and beyond. You’ll also champion the voice of the user and make sure every feature we ship delivers measurable value. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the product lifecycle: Lead the product journey from idea to delivery, making sure each step adds value.
- Shape the roadmap: Translate the strategy into a clear, prioritised 6-month product roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.
- Lead discovery: Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to uncover insights, shape problems, and validate solutions.
- Prioritise for impact: Make smart, strategic trade-offs based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Champion customer insights: Keep users front and centre, ensuring we deeply understand their pain points and feedback.
- Launch and drive adoption: Create and execute effective go-to-market strategies to ensure features land well and make a difference.
- Drive delivery discipline: Work closely with Agile teams to keep delivery focused, on-track, and high-quality.
- Keep everyone informed: Act as a communication hub—transparent about progress, trade-offs, and direction across the business.

- Measurable carbon and cost savings for our customers.
- Growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Average Revenue per Account (ARPA).
- Strong user engagement and product satisfaction (CSAT, bounce rate, TTV).
- Fast and effective product delivery (time to market, feature adoption rates).
About You
Must-Haves:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product discovery, or operations.
- Confident leading discovery and user research.
- Excellent facilitator—experienced with workshops, prioritisation, and customer co-creation.
- Strong with tools like Jira, Productboard, Figma, and Datadog.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Organised and proactive—great at bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in energy, proptech, or the built environment.
