I'm currently working in partnership with a leading main contractor who has secured a long-term capital delivery framework in Cambridgeshire and is looking to expand its commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected industry leader delivering an exciting portfolio of major projects across the region. My client is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role in the commercial management of this exciting framework. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered successfully and within budget. This role offers the chance to be involved in the full project lifecycle, from procurement to final accounts, while administering NEC contracts.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- A proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment.
- Strong practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts. This is a crucial requirement.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related discipline.
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously.
