About the Role

Join a leading high-tech engineering company as a Production and Logistics Support professional, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both administrative and hands-on work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. As part of the production team, you’ll support the Production Controller by maintaining accurate production paperwork, coordinating with logistics, and performing essential stock checks. You’ll help drive positive change in production processes while ensuring the timely completion of manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Production BOMs (Bills of Materials).
  • Generate Production Orders and Pick Lists, issuing them to the Logistics Department.
  • Communicate shortages clearly to Project Management and Procurement teams to keep production schedules on track.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate records of logistics demands and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all logistics and production activities.
  • Perform stock checks, cycle counting, and support logistics tasks as needed.
  • Carry out administrative tasks required for the efficient running of the Production Management department.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes as business procedures evolve.
