QPS offers broad coverage across broker facilities, MGA platforms, and algorithmic underwriting across various product lines and territories. Our portfolio solutions team has expanded from 1 to 12 members in four years, reflecting our commitment to growth and excellence. Your Role: Review and analyze existing portfolios and facilities to ensure profitability and promote growth. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers, brokers, and colleagues. Shape and develop strategy, knowledge, and best practices. Follow the annual business plan to make informed decisions. Adhere to underwriting standards and instructions to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. Stay informed about market dynamics and demonstrate market cycle awareness. About You: Notable underwriting experience in open market, reinsurance, or binders. Ability to transfer underwriting skills to broader insurance problems. Strong rapport-building and credibility with stakeholders. Data analysis skills for underwriting decisions.
