Enterprise Data Consultants/Architects who join one of Hydras IT's key clients at this time will have unique opportunities to play a pivotal role in establishing a data-driven culture and enabling the organisation to leverage its data assets effectively. The positions will be for a minimum of 6 months and require 2 days per week in their London HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of an enterprise data management framework aligned with business objectives.
- Providing expert support and guidance in a large-scale SAP migration program, ensuring data integrity and minimising disruption.
- Evaluating and grading the current data function, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Proposing optimal data management structures for the organisation's core digital systems to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
- Developing data strategies, providing expert recommendations, and taking ownership of implementation initiatives.
- Assisting with specific data elements related to AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance for successful deployment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting organisations in maximising the value from data, building sustainable organisational and technological capabilities.
- Deep passion for data and a strong understanding of how to deliver business value effectively through data-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of technology and its application in achieving business goals.
- Experience in building foundational data capabilities to support emerging technologies such as AI.
