Our client, a leading utility company, is hiring a Technical Solution Architect Senior on a contract basis.

Work Location: REMOTE

Summary:

  • Must have ability to multitask under pressure, handling various deadlines
  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
  • At least 5 years of solid experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, Visual Builder Studio)
  • Familiarity with and knowledge of OIC Integrations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, including SaaS and PaaS
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and implement solutions
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We recently completed the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk. We seek an experienced individual to support ongoing operations, integrations, testing, and future module implementations. The role involves providing technical and functional support as a Techno-Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This is primarily remote, contract-based work with potential for full-time employment for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across various modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop solutions for their needs
  • Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BIP Reports
  • Develop and support extensions, workflows, fast formulas, and customizations using HCM design tools
  • Create ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reports for complex queries
  • Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Support system testing, patches, upgrades, and configurations
  • Oversee integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other systems
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and data flows
