Summary:
- Must have ability to multitask under pressure, handling various deadlines
- At least 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
- At least 5 years of solid experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, Visual Builder Studio)
- Familiarity with and knowledge of OIC Integrations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud computing, including SaaS and PaaS
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and implement solutions
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We seek an experienced individual to support ongoing operations, integrations, testing, and future module implementations. The role involves providing technical and functional support as a Techno-Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This is primarily remote, contract-based work with potential for full-time employment for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across various modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop solutions for their needs
- Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BIP Reports
- Develop and support extensions, workflows, fast formulas, and customizations using HCM design tools
- Create ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reports for complex queries
- Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Support system testing, patches, upgrades, and configurations
- Oversee integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other systems
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and data flows
