As a Consultant, Managed Services - Functional Distribution / EMEA you will:
- Ensure client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution.
- Identify and resolve JDE system errors.
- Update and maintain JDE configuration.
- Guide users to follow correct JDE procedures.
- Proactively and reactively maintain JDE systems from a Functional perspective.
- Specify and test new customized JDE applications or modifications to existing JDE applications.
- Work comfortably with knowledgeable JD Edwards end-users and understand unique client requirements and configurations.
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a JDE application support or consulting capacity.
- Experience in Warehouse Management is advantageous.
- Understanding of business concepts and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new functionality and customer customizations.
