As a Compliance & Regulatory Executive, you will drive the implementation and enhancement of our clients compliance framework, ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulations. The Compliance & Regulatory Executive will play a key role in managing compliance systems, monitoring regulatory changes, and educating business leaders on compliance requirements. Your expertise will help safeguard the organisation against risks while ensuring best practices in regulatory compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Executive Duties:
- Managing submissions and calculations for regulatory requirements, including Climate-related Financial Disclosure Regulations 2022, WEEE, Hazmat, and Packaging Regulations.
- Review and develop policies to ensure compliance with evolving legislation.
- Assess business ventures for potential compliance risks.
- Oversee compliance plans, controls assurance, and day-to-day management of the compliance system.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Advise internal teams and business partners on compliance program implementation.
- Ensure marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and advice on compliance issues and incidents.
- Collaborate with HR to enforce compliance regulations across the business.
