We are seeking a Vehicle Performance Engineer to join our team at the new Silverstone Facility. This role involves leading vehicle performance simulation, analysis, model development, and simulator operations. We encourage innovation and idea-sharing to foster an environment of shared success.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Perform performance, simulation, and vehicle dynamics projects to enhance short-term and long-term vehicle performance.
  • Develop and maintain simulation and analysis tools.
  • Provide engineering support to Design, Aero, Strategy, and Race Engineering teams.
  • Operate simulators effectively.
  • Maintain department administration and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of physics and mathematics related to high-performance vehicles.
  • Experience with Python or MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Openness to new ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills across departments.
  • Proficiency in IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
