The Role
We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused VP of Business Development to elevate Instantly.ai’s partnerships and integrations to world-class status. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, from identifying high-value partners (CRMs, data providers, channel partners) to negotiating enterprise alliances and building a high-performing BD team. This is a rare opportunity to shape our go-to-market ecosystem, accelerating ARR growth and embedding Instantly.ai into every sales tech stack.
What You’ll Do
- Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Define and prioritize target ecosystems (CRM, martech, automation, resellers).
- Lead outreach, negotiation, and launch of strategic alliances and integrations.
- Team Building & Leadership
- Hire, train, and mentor BD managers and alliance specialists.
- Establish processes, KPIs, and incentives to scale coverage.
- Product & GTM Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering to roadmap integration features.
- Align Marketing and RevOps for co-sell campaigns and joint demand gen.
- Revenue & Impact
- Drive incremental ARR through partner-sourced deals.
- Report on pipeline, deal velocity, and partner ROI to the executive team.
