About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Media Associate to join our Central Media Team at SMG, supporting Boots Media Group’s offsite activity. In this role, you will develop expertise in paid media campaign management—across Programmatic and Paid Social—while leveraging Boots' first-party data and core offering. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the end-to-end campaign process, from activation to performance reporting, and play a key role in helping us deliver best-in-class media solutions. - Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Meta (preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Owning full lifecycle digital campaigns—including activation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting
- Troubleshooting campaigns, building conversion tracking, and pushing first-party data audiences
- Creating mid- and post-campaign performance reports
- Supporting planning and insights teams on PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis)
- Identifying and sharing new performance opportunities
- Staying on top of industry trends and helping develop new media propositions
- Assisting with platform testing and new partner onboarding
- Joining client calls alongside senior team members
