Job Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing new build housing
  • Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options
  • Coordinate site visits and tours for potential buyers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

  • Prior experience in new build housing sales or property sales preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Working Conditions:
