We are proud to be partnering with a market-leading fertilizer company in their search for a knowledgeable and proactive Agricultural Advisor / Accounts Manager. This is a hybrid role with travel (up to 3 hours from King's Lynn), ideal for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture, crop nutrition, and on-farm advisory services.

You must hold a BASIS or FACTS qualification and have a strong background in agronomy, crop protection, or nutrient management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with farmers and agribusinesses who would benefit from advanced crop nutrition products.
  • Provide specialist advice on fertilizer use, crop protection, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Guide clients in decisions on pesticide use, soil health, and regulatory compliance.
  • Carry out on-site assessments and deliver tailored product and advisory solutions.
  • Monitor and stay up to date with UK agricultural regulations and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, agronomists, and wider industry professionals.
Requirements:
  • BASIS or FACTS certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in agronomy, nutrient management, or crop protection
  • Solid understanding of UK farming practices and agricultural regulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
